The 2026 edition aims to facilitate discussions with a focus on literature from the Middle East and North Africa, connecting these narratives with South Asian voices for a younger audience.

The festival, organized in collaboration with the Foundation for Culture, Arts, and Literature (FOCAL), expects to host over 150 writers, poets, and cultural practitioners from 25 countries. It is anticipated to attract between 10,000 to 12,000 attendees, including students and literary enthusiasts. The program will feature author discussions, readings, panel events, and workshops that highlight the intersection of literature with various forms and disciplines, all while rooting the festival in its regional context.
