Steinfort became visibly emotional as Hill shared stories from his various interactions with people, which included tales of hardships such as fires, the struggles of nurses, and the challenges facing single mothers and those living in cars. "It's quite extraordinary to get that cross-section of humanity and then try and turn it into some meaningful words," Steinfort remarked.

During the segment, Hill also presented a poem he wrote specifically for Steinfort, a proud father known as a "girl dad." Steinfort described the poem as "beautiful," highlighting its impact on him during the live broadcast.
