Elevating Connections will host the 10th Annual Poetry Jam, titled Still Becoming, to celebrate the artistic expressions of youth and young adults who have experienced foster care. This year's Poetry Jam is part of Dazzle’s American Heirlooms series, which highlights the diverse cultures and creative voices that have shaped Colorado and the United States. As the country marks its 250th anniversary and Colorado its 150th, Still Becoming emphasizes the continuing narratives of young people whose experiences and creativity are invaluable.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4th, at Dazzle Denver, located at 1080 14th St, Denver. Doors will open at 6 PM, with the show beginning at 7 PM. Attendees can participate in person or watch via livestream. Tickets for both options are available for purchase.
