The evening will feature three award-winning translators who will explore the challenges and rewards of translating literature into English. They will discuss how to effectively convey narratives from various languages and cultures, shedding light on the translation process and its impact on accessing global voices and stories. Each translator specializes in a different genre, including fiction, nonfiction, and poetry.
Following the panel discussion, there will be a question-and-answer session with the audience, along with a book-signing where attendees can purchase works from all featured translators.
