John Landes has gained recognition in the Sag Harbor community for his role in organizing the annual Hamptons Jazz Festival. Previously, he hosted live jazz events at Bay Burger, a restaurant owned by his daughter and son-in-law, Joe and Liza Tremblay. In addition to his passion for jazz, Landes has a distinct interest in the spoken word, actively participating in live poetry readings and poetry slam events. He appreciates both original works and the pieces that resonate with others.
